Wood burning stove installation.
Had a few people come out and look but none seemed interested or bothered in the job, Sam came out and looked at it and within 5 minutes of him coming out we knew we wanted him to do the job. He went the extra mile on everything and managed to fit us in and complete the job just in time for xmas, and has done an amazing job ! Highly recommend him, friendly, hard working and very professional !

Inset Stove supply installation
Sam and Joe did a great job, arrived on time, completed the installation and left the area in a tidy condition. I kept in touch with Sam before and after the site survey was done and communication was really good. He explained well how to use the burner, gave some useful tips and was really knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Woodburning stove removed and new one fittted with new flue.
We had a few estimates for the removal of our old wood burning stove and replacing it with a new one. A new flue was also necessary. The estimates were all of a similar price but we chose Sam to do the work because we liked him. He has a pleasant, unassuming manner; is polite, friendly, helpful and reliable. The job was well done and we were very satisfied with the work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

A highly recommended and professional tradesman. Sam was polite, friendly and extremely helpful providing advice and information beforehand so we could decide the best way forward to make things safe with a new installation. Sam "project managed" the whole job which included sourcing the new stove, all materials, organising a cherry picker, sorting out a very good plasterer and disposal of all unwanted waste. As a result we are highly delighted with the finished article. Sam also took great care to explain exactly what he was doing and made sure we were happy at each stage of the process.

Definitely a five-star service - Sam and Rui and team are friendly, considerate, thorough, efficient and professional throughout. Lots of advice given. Stove Installation and Fireplace alteration
Stove and chimney solutions travelled all the way from Bournemouth to Bloxworth to fit our stove in freezing cold weather in December 2016. We can highly recommend them and are delighted with our stove. Sam clearly is an expert, qualified installer, and the work was carried out carefully and neatly. We followed his advice, burning mainly hardwood, then adding softwood once the temperature has built up and always ensuring we keep a good couple of inches deep bed of ash. The stove is easy to light and within minutes, the Ecofan is whirring and the thermometer soon reaches a comfortable level in the mid-twenties. The hottest we have had it so far is 28.9 degrees Celsius. Stove and Chimney Solutions was recommended to us by the company from whom we bought our Firebelly FB1 wood burner and even came back to install our multifuel pack. We contacted Sam at stove and chimney solutions, for his advice, after being recommended by a friend on fitting a large natural stone fireplace with a wood stove for our front lounge. Sam arranged a convenient day and time to call to our home, which he did with no problem. We were happy with the advice and price he gave, we then arranged to go ahead with the installation. On the day of fitting stove and chimney solutions arrived on time and got straight to work. They are very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. When the fireplace was fitted he went through the operation of the stove and maintenance issues, he completed all manufactures warranties and relevant paper work. The finished fireplace looks wonderful, we would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a professional installer.
